Route 512 from Strathmore to East Coburg:

Depart from the terminus at Strathmore Railway Station and runs via Pascoe Avenue, Pascoe Vale Road, Woodland Street, Reynard Street, Gordon Street, Munro Street, Harding Street, Huntington Grove and Rennie Street to the terminus at the corner of Rennie and Nicholson Streets.

Route 512 from East Coburg to Strathmore:

• Time marked "A" indicate buses which deviate from the normal route at the corner of Reynard Street and Hillview Avenue and run via Hillview Avenue, Woodlands Avenue, Walhalla Street, Ward Grove, Rainer Street, Woodlands Avenue, and Winifred Street to Renyard Street, then via the normal route to Strathmore Station.
• Times marked "C" indicate buses which deivate from the normal route at the corner of Reynard and Winifred Streets and run via Winifred Street, Woodlands Avenue, Rainer Street, Ward Grove, Walhalla Street, Woodlands Street and Hillview Avenue to Reynard Street, then via the normal route to East Coburg.
